Die CD ist ein Tribute zu Townes 80. Geburtstag am 7. März 2024.
Besetzung: Markus Rill (Gesang, akustische & elektrische Gitarre), Mr Jones (Gesang, akustische Gitarre, Mundharmonika), Karin Bichlmeier (Harmonie-Gesang) und Robert Hasleder (Gesang, Harmonie-Gesang und alle anderen Instrumente).
The 2024 CD „To Live Is To Fly – Remembering Townes Van Zandt“ is a collaborative effort with Markus Rill and Robert Hasleder.
11 Townes Van Zandt songs in a new form and at the end of the CD „The Late Great TVZ“, a Markus Rill original that we all sing together.
The CD is a tribute to Townes‘ 80th birthday on March 7th, 2024.
Line-Up: Markus Rill (acoustic & electric guitar), Mr Jones (vocal, guitar, harp), Karin Bichlmeier (harmony vocal) and Robert Hasleder (vocal, harmony vocal and all other instruments).
